Video Tutorial on Joomla 3.2 Install from Web feature

New to Joomla 3.2 is the “Install from Web” feature (also known as Joomla Extension Finder) where it lets you install plugins directly from the Joomla backend via an internet connection.  You no longer have to download from JED and then upload.  But this feature is not installed by default.
