Video Interview of Matt Mullenweg, Founder of WordPress

This video on vimeo is of an interview with Matt Mullenweg, the founder of WordPress and Automattic. He was interviewed by Robert Scoble, a tech blogger who tweets so frequently that FollowCost.com named the term “milliscoble” after him. One milliscoble is 0.02121 tweets per day.

In the video, Matt talked about how he loves his iPad. And how WordPress.org is analogous to owning a home, versus wordpress.com which is analogous to renting. The former gives you more flexibility, but requires you to do the maintenance.

He also talked about ads on WordPress.com and how they like to perform experiments on WordPress.com.   He talked a little bit about his company Automattic.
